New Testament

Some notes on the bibliogrpahy:
Types of Books – Recommended works will include: Introductions, Commentaries, and Monographs (single topic or theme).

Recommendation – There are a great number of very books on the Sacred Scriptures. I have, therefore, limited the number of my recommendations, based (somewhat) on the following criteria

Availability & Affordability – The book is generally accessible at a reasonable cost.
Difficulty – The book is readable and accessible for the average reader. Difficulty key: Asterisk (*) – good place to begin; Caret (^) – more advanced or technical.
Usefuleness – The book helps the reader get a better sense of the meaning or a fresh perspective on the Scriptures.
